I’ve recently found…

this blog about some girl named Hannah… I wish i knew her. she sounds like a laugh.

Anyway…

I’ve fallen off the wagon a bit again… still doing Ab Ripper X every other day, and the March Squat Challenge. But I’m just not feeling it. Le sigh. I’ll just be here scrolling for motivation.

Today’s a big day

Today’s the end of the February Squat Challenge (final photos to come..) and the end of February in general which means that I’ve managed to do Ab Ripper X EVERY OTHER DAY for 2 months! 


The latter has made a difference insofar as I can feel it, but I’m sure it’s not that much of a visual change. It’s all about the way you feel, though ;) 

Excited to see everyone’s tiasquat progress photos!
