I started this whole journey with a try at p90x in sept/2012. I managed 2 weeks, and then university, sports, work and life got in the way. I'm mad that I let that happen, but now i'm committed to eating CLEAN, and MAKING time for workouts.
This blog is to motivate me when I don't feel like working out, and to give me something to aim for. Oh and the occasional photo of my food/being. All in one place, would you look at that.
